Cancellation
You may cancel your BOSSTOX membership at any time through your Account page. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
Refunds
Monthly subscriptions: We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel, you retain access through the end of the paid period.
Annual subscriptions: Refund requests for annual subscriptions within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal date will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at the address on our Contact page.
No Refunds for Content Access
Because BOSSTOX provides immediate access to digital educational content upon subscription, refunds are generally not available after content has been accessed.
